Woodcrafter: Briar & Maple
Woodcrafter: Briar & Maple
The puukko inspired Woodcrafter is a general bushcraft knife based around fine woodworking. It features a narrow 3-3/4 inch blade with a comfortable coke-bottle contoured handle, allowing for hours of hard work in the forest.
We don't normally do wooden bolsters, but Sloan was getting creative. This bolster is stabilized briar, the dominant material used for tobacco pipes. Supplied to us by Chris Morgan (pipe maker). The maple is a unique customer-supplied West Virginia maple burl.
