The Walker is a compact bushcraft knife. Its blade has a 3" cutting edge and a drop-spearpoint shape, allowing for excellent control and detail in woodcarving tasks. The stout blade can handle batonning of logs up to wrist-thickness. Designed to be comfortable in any grip, the Walker's short handle and teardrop contour fills the hand very well, allowing switching grips to feel effortless. The Walker may serve as the lightweight bushcrafter's sole cutting tool, or pairs perfectly with an axe or larger knife.
Notes on this specific knife: I made this knife a while ago, and have kept it simply because I liked it. The blade was made in 2015, the handle was made in 2020. It is a thin-steeled (3/32", 2.5mm) O1 steel scandi grind Walker. It has a slimmer than usual handle profile, and the blade shape was profiled more pointy for fine whittling and detail work. It is feathery light. It has the landscape logo mosaic pins, this was the first time I ever used them.
